My Mission…

Life can become overwhelming and complicated all too easily. I understand that challenging periods in life can be difficult, but I believe that they also bring rich opportunities to cultivate resilience, develop deeper connections, and create lasting fulfillment. My mission is to help you work through your pain and struggles so that you can create a life you are passionate about living. I will help you develop a stronger version of yourself, navigate interpersonal struggles, and learn to deepen intimacy while building lasting, secure relationships. My aim is for us to work together to create actionable plans towards your therapeutic goals. My promise is to create a non-judgmental setting where I will meet you with compassion and enthusiastic support.

My Journey…

Growing up, I didn’t feel understood or valued by my community. I know the pain of feeling like you don’t belong and of being scared to show the world who you really are. I knew I wanted more from my life, and I was determined to empower myself to make the changes I needed to live the life I desired. Over time, I was able to create healthy and loving connections with people who accepted me for who I am. I learned that true peace, fulfillment, and happiness come from relationships with people to whom we are deeply connected; people who truly accept and embrace who we are.

If you’re ready to discover who you really are, tap into your innate sexuality, and develop relationships that transform your life, I would love to work with you. I feel alive when talking to clients about their emotional and sexual relationships! Understanding your emotional and sexual needs is essential to developing confidence and creating intimate relationships. I am also passionate about helping couples transform conflict into connection. Together, we can create more love, trust, respect, and pleasure in your life.

When I’m not conducting therapy you’ll find me camping, backpacking, honing my archery skills, rafting in the great outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, or playing with my cat, Miss Priss.
